Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Fleishman Fabrics & Supplies ships exclusively with UPS. All orders are shipped using UPS Ground Service with estimated delivery between 1-5 business days. All orders are shipped with a tracking number to confirm delivery. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number included.

International Shipping
Fleishman Fabrics & Supplies will gladly ship internationally using UPS International Service for an additional charge. If you would like to place an international order please contact us by calling 215-925-0449 and we will be happy to assist you. International Orders placed through our shopping cart will not be fulfilled until you have contacted us for approval.

Damaged Items
If a package arrives with noticeable damage, simply refuse the item and we will replace your order. If you accept a package and find its contents to be damaged, contact us immediately. You may also contact UPS to report damaged or missing parcels. Call 1-800-PICK-UPS and provide your tracking number for reference.

Missing/Incorrect Items
We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. If an order is not correct, please contact us immediately. Due to technical limitations and differences in screen display and resolution, we cannot guarantee the appearance of items on our site. If an item is not as expected, please contact us by calling 215-925-0449 and we will do our best to assist you.

Non-Returnable Items
In most cases, we will be happy to assist you with a return or an exchange. If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us by calling 215-925-0449.
Rhinestone merchandise is not returnable or refundable under any circumstances.
(This includes rhinestone banding, trims, buckles, buttons, headpieces, appliqués, etc.)
Merchandise sold by the yard that has been cut is not refundable or exchangeable.
(This includes trims, ribbons, tulle, muslin, etc.)
Silk Flowers and other delicate items are not returnable in most cases.

Requesting a Return
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise by calling 215-925-0449 to be considered for a return or exchange. We will issue an RMA number over the phone, and provide further instructions to ensure your return is processed in a timely manner. Please note: There will be a 15% restocking fee on returned merchandise.

Return Shipping
Shipping is a service paid to the carrier, and will not be refunded unless we have made a mistake in processing. Shipping costs for approved returns are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be authorized and must be insured. We are not responsible for anything damaged in transit.
